Shipping Policy

DELIVERY ESTIMATES:

In most cases, you will likely receive your order towards the beginning of these estimates. These dates are shown to you as a courtesy to give you a timeframe to plan your orders if the item(s) you’re purchasing is meant to be a gift to be given by a specific date.

Each product page shows a delivery estimate. It is an “estimate” that is met in most cases (about 98% of the time), but unforeseen delays with the delivery company (where or if the delivery company does not put a guarantee on their delivery dates) could potentially cause a delivery to occur past these dates. Philo Mugs is not responsible for delivery delays past the estimated delivery dates as a result of the shipping/delivery company’s delay.

 

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS ON MY ORDER:

Philo Mugs is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect shipping address provided in the order. Please verify all information when placing your order.

Mugs are shipped to the shipping address provided in your order (unless you can notify me of any error within the 1st hour after purchase).

Check your order confirmation email as soon as you get it to verify all details are correct.

 

THE TRACKING SAYS “DELIVERED” BUT I DON’T HAVE MY ORDER:

Philo Mugs is not responsible for orders marked as delivered by the delivery company. I will work with you to get a replacement, but you must follow the steps below before the replacement can be sent.

STEPS TO TAKE:

• Verify the shipping address you provided in your order is correct.

• Check with anyone who may have picked up your package for you or anywhere the package could have been placed.

• Contact the delivery company to verify the delivery location. They can pull GPS coordinates to determine delivery location.

• If necessary, file a missing package report and contact your local authorities to report the package stolen if all other avenues have been explored. Package theft is serious and must be reported.

• 14 days must pass after an order has been marked as delivered.
