Refund and Returns Policy


Refund policy

CANCELLATIONS:

  • You must request a cancellation within 1 hour after purchase. No cancellations (after the 1st hour) will be accepted as orders are entered into the production queue immediately at that point in time and cannot be canceled.

 

RETURNS:

DAMAGED ITEMS:

  • In the unlikely event that something is wrong with your item(s) when they arrive, I’ll happily work to replace the item(s) affected. Photo evidence of damage will be required or the return cannot be accepted.

 

UNDAMAGED ITEMS:

  • Returns are ONLY accepted on non-personalized item(s). Custom/personalized items are not eligible for returns.
  • A return must be approved by contacting amy@amyscoffeemugs.com. You will be sent a return form electronically to print and ship with your return. This form will contain the return address to which you’ll return your item(s).
  • The return must be initiated within 14 days of when the order was marked as delivered. Item(s) must be unused.
  • Item(s) will be shipped at your own cost (buyer pays return shipping). This cannot be refunded.
  • They must arrive in “new” perfect condition. Please pack your item(s) securely so that they are not damaged during transit.
  • Your refund will be issued only after the item(s) are returned/received in “new” perfect condition. Your refund will be returned via the original payment method used in your purchase.
  • LARGE ORDERS: As items are made to order, returns on large orders or combined orders of 10 mugs or more may be refused. Philo Mugs does NOT“rent” or “lease” mugs and cups for events, occasions, staging, or other similar situations. Although Philo Mugs is always happy to help customers with their large orders, you are encouraged to NOT place orders with the intention or foreknowledge of needing/wanting to return the order(s) you place. If a return for this large order is with exception approved by the owner, you will be responsible for the return shipping AND a 30% storage/return fee.
    (As always, if you’re a legitimate customer looking to keep the large order(s) you place, should there be any issue with the order, we’re happy to replace any damaged or defective order(s) or individual item(s).)

 

UNDELIVERABLE:

  • Philo Mugs is not responsible for incorrect delivery information, shipping addresses, or errors with forwarding addresses or holds on delivery. You will be responsible for any additional shipping costs involved for any delivery issues. If you refuse to have the package correctly delivered to you after such delivery issues, you will be responsible for:
    ◦ Additional shipping fees that accrue with forwarding and delivery problems.
    ◦ The cost of reordering your product if the original order doesn’t return safely to Philo Mugs.

 

REFUSED DELIVERY:

  • Philo Mugs does not accept refused delivery returns (forced returns). No refunds will be issued.
